Every great burger story starts somewhere. Ours began with a simple goal: to bring the kind of West Coast-style smash burgers to the East Coast.
Inspired by the classic burger stands of California, Little Andy’s Burgers is built on quality ingredients, proper technique, and a straightforward
approach to great food. We believe a great burger doesn’t need to be overcomplicated—it just needs to be made the right way.
What started as a passion project and a handful of living room pop-ups quickly became something bigger. Fueled by word of mouth and a loyal
community, Little Andy’s has grown from humble beginnings into one of New Jersey’s most talked-about burger brands, serving customers from
our home base in Asbury Park as well as breweries, festivals, private events, and pop-ups throughout the state.
Founder Mike Solomon built Little Andy’s from the ground up with the support of a close-knit team, a loyal community, and a fiancé who
encouraged him to take the leap. That same mindset continues to shape the company today—stay focused on the food, take care of the people
who support you, and keep getting better.
Every burger is made with purpose, from the crispy, caramelized edges and perfectly melted cheese to the toasted bun and thoughtfully balanced toppings. The menu is intentionally simple, allowing quality ingredients and careful execution to speak for themselves.
Today, Little Andy’s Burgers remains committed to doing things the same way it started: serving honest food, creating memorable experiences,
and building something that people are proud to come back to.

Built on the Basics
We believe a great burger comes down to a handful of
things done well.
•A properly smashed patty with crisp, caramelized edges.
•Ingredients selected for flavor, not excess.
•Toppings that complement the burger instead of
covering it up.
•The same attention to detail, every time we cook.
It’s a simple approach, but it’s the one we’ve believed in
since day one
Little Andy’s has been featured by NJ.com, the Asbury Park Press, Jersey Bites, and Bold Journey Magazine — not because we chased press, but because the burger speaks for itself.

Been dreaming about that vaya con dios burger!!Posted on Google CHRIS REDTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I walked into the bakery and said, “I’m here for the burgers.” The burger and fries were amazing. I ordered the LA Double Smash and the Vaya Con Dios Fries and both were on point. I went with four friends and not a single complaint from any of us. Anytime I’m in the area this will definitely be a go to spot. Highly recommend checking it out.Posted on Google Teresa OrthTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Best burger and fries! Booked Little Andy’s for a softball tournament hosted by a nonprofit organization, the service, the detail, the options provided, IMPECCABLE. Every single person that indulged loved the burgers! Andy was easy and a pleasure to work with, not to mention was able to accommodate 100+ guests on a last minute booking, only about 2 days before the event without one hiccup. Looking forward to working with Little Andy’s in the future!Posted on Google Joey DTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. To have a proper west coast style burger joint in the heart of Asbury Park is so awesome. True local small business ran out of another true local small business - this is the type of instutional support and collaboration that builds the communities anyone would be proud to brag about being a part of. Worth the hype and the wait. No fragile, instant - gratuitous modern culture can stop the growth of this spot.Posted on Google Aaron SantoroTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. LA SMASH! Crispy edge perfection 🤌Posted on Google jessica putaskiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I don’t know what kind of wizardry goes into these smash burgers, but they’re on a whole different level. The patties are perfectly crisp on the edges yet juicy in the center, with that deep, rich beef flavor you only get from a proper smash. The cheese melts into every nook like it was born there, and the bun holds it all together without getting soggy. Every bite has that addictive salty-crispy-juicy combo that makes you forget about every other burger you’ve ever had. Honestly, if you’re not eating one of these right now, you’re missing out. I could honestly crush two more that’s how good they are and it’s an easy quick protein with clean local ingredients ! Can’t wait for Mike to have his own store front !

After rapid growth through word-of-mouth and local pop-up events, the demand grew for a full-scale food truck operation that could bless all of New Jersey with burgers.
